What Does The Seller’s Attorney Have To Do In Preparation Of And At Closing In Illinois?

This is a rephrasing of a question I asked earlier, but realized was too vague. Which documents are prepared by the seller’s attorney? And which one does the title search? What else must the seller’s attorney do?

    Examine the documents and prepare the deeds. In Illinois, many of the attorneys also do the closing. That is not common in other states.
