Helping someone who is currently working as Paralegal. She says that job entails too much sitting at desk and that it is aggravating a back condtion. So she wants to go to law school to be an attorney and says that work as an attorney allows for more ability to move around as needed and does not involve as much prolonged sitting. Is this correct?

It seems as if no attorneys can work for a company that pulls credit reports, but can they own the company, possibly as a silent partner? Can an attorney work for or with a company that pulls credit reports even if it is not in the capacity of working with anything doing with credit reporting? Every attorney that I have looked into requires that a client bring in a copy of their credit report.

How Can I Evict My Brother From My Home Without An Attorney?
Tuesday, August 25th, 2009This is a serious legal question. By law in Pennsylvania, I cannot “throw him out” because he has established residency via receiving mail at my address. I cannot file with the district justice for an eviction because there is no lease or rental agreement. I cannot afford an attorney right now. There must be some way I can have him removed.
