It depends on the lawyer and your agreement with the lawyer
When we started our LLC, we paid $500 to the lawyer though the forming of LLC was only about $250 and we were able to use the $250 for his other services. This is just lawyer fees, and does not include the filing fees and other fees charged by the state
Check in your area and call various lawyers to check their rates.
Every attorney has his own rates – there is no “standard” rate.
You can open an LLC without an attorney, too – get standardized forms, and submit to Delaware.
You can pay $50 or $5000 – depending on the complexity.
