They write the company and tell them about your complaint. They urge them to settle the matter. Usually this will spur the louses to do something. They will contact you and try to settle the matter. Also file with the Better Business Bureau. I’ve had to contact the state’s attorney’s office a few times and did get some results. Don’t let them get away with it. It is exhausting, but FIGHT until you get what you paid for; you’re due that much.
