		<description>if the decision is injurious to your client, you can appeal and ask another court to overturn the ruling. Unless it comes w/ an ethical obligation (you discover the judge took a bribe) there may not be any ethical obligation to anyone other than to tell your client what you found out and let him or her decide whether to appeal or how to proceed.</description>
