I need some information as to how do I go about filing a complaint against an assistant state attorney in the state of Florida. Her behavior in court today was totally unacceptable and I am the victim. Please help!

First, consult your attorney. Your attorney is the advocate for your rights.
But let me guess: You did not have an attorney.
Most people who are “victims” of a prosecutor are persons who did not know how to defend themselves and did not hire an attorney…and they lost.
If you did not have an attorney, get one. You may be able to appeal your case.
If you want to deal with this matter without an attorney, your chances of anything approaching what you would consider success is very unlikely.
