I am waiting a Power of an attorney. A foreing person (she is argentine) who lives in USA asked for it in order to give the power to a relative who lives in Argentine. This relative is going to sell her house and the Power is a must. Do you know hou many time a notarial takes to make it? Thanks.
I’m not sure what you are asking, but if you come to my office for a Power of Attorney, I do it while you wait. With me, it’s instanteous. You shouldn’t have to wait more than a day or so in any situation to obtain a POA. I find it easiest to do simple tasks immediately.
The question here is, did the person here in the USA “hire” an attorney to do a power of attorney for her?
When any person hires and makes an appointment with an attorney for a Power of Attorney or a Durable Power of Attorney, usually the attorney/lawyer will not take longer than 3 working days.
Depending of course of his/her court/appointment schedule.
The Attorney/Lawyer also “notarizes” the legal document at as soon as he/she completes the document.
