Is A Judge Allowed To Interrupt An Attorney During Closing Arguments?

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

I love the law and am curious about so many things that go on in a courtroom. Is the judge permitted to correct, oppose, disagree, etc. with an attorney who is making his closing argument? For instance, if the attorney lies about something that went on during the trial. Is the judge permited to stop the argument?

An Attorney Files A Foreclosure Action Against You In Florida On Behalf Of An Inncorrect Lender, Can You Sue ?

My loan servicing company says this loan company has absolutely nothing to do with my mortgage, which is in good status.
The attorney won’t return my calls.
I know I have to go to court with proof and have a judge throw it out, but can I sue the attorney and his loan company …and how much could I get in damages for this outrage.

What Is The Executor Fee For Ohio? How Is The Attorney Fees Figured?

Sunday, February 21st, 2010

I am finalizing things with my fathers estate. I was wondering what the executors fees are for Ohio? Does the fee come from the total estate including the home even if you do not make any profit off the home or is it what is left after everything is paid for (meaning the final balance of the estate account)
Also when we met with the attorney he told us that the courts figure in his fee. Does he get a certain percentage as well of the final estate?
Thanks!

She wanted more visitation and got a motion. They went to court and couldn’t agree to anything so the judge appointed the ad litem. What can we do? The children are 10, 08, 06, and 04 years old.

Do You Have To Have A Attorney For A Superior Court Case?

Friday, February 12th, 2010

I’ve gotten myself into a lawsuit and I’ve calculated the cost of the lawyer and the maximum money I would get and they pretty much even out. I’ve decided not to get an attorney because I really need the money. If I can’t do this please answer me. If you could explain why I must have an attorney I would appreciate it.
