My loan servicing company says this loan company has absolutely nothing to do with my mortgage, which is in good status.
The attorney won’t return my calls.
I know I have to go to court with proof and have a judge throw it out, but can I sue the attorney and his loan company …and how much could I get in damages for this outrage.

An Attorney Files A Foreclosure Action Against You In Florida On Behalf Of An Inncorrect Lender, Can You Sue ?
Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010What Is The Best Course Of Action To Take When You Receive A Letter From An Attorney For An Old Debt?
Sunday, November 1st, 2009I live in FL and the last payment on the original account was Dec of 03. I was contacted by a debt collector whom I spoke to briefly and told her this was something I do want to take care of but at this time I cannot. She continued to call until finally she told me she would have to forward my acct. Next thing I know I get a letter from an attorney telling me that I have the 30 days to validate the account or they would be taking legal action. The letter also states that interest will continue to accrue until the debt is paid. The original credit card had a $1,000 limit. Now the debt is $2,100. (Is this legal.) What is my best course of action?
My Attorney Overcharged Me By Taking Action Without Consulting With Me. How Do I Dispute These Charges?
Sunday, August 16th, 2009My attorney’s performance in court was ineffective. He takes actions without consulting with me or let me know that it was coming. He urged me to fight with my ex-wife instead of narrowing down things. He complicated my divorce rather than simplified my divorce. His stipulation in court the judge showed no interests to my side of story. Now my attorney sends me a huge invoice. What should I do? Can I dispute some of the charges? Please help!
What Type Of Action Can I Take Against An Attorney Who Gave Relatives Of Our Baby Our Address?
Saturday, July 18th, 2009My husband and I had a newborn baby which we were told had no claims against him and that all relatives had turned the baby down. We had him only one week when the court was petitioned by the aunt and uncle for custody. They were awarded visitation. Our agency provides a neutral meeting place for us because of our contractual agreement.Their attorney gave them our phone number and address even though we are listed as confidentilal parties on the legal documents.
We filed a complaint with the Bar Association but I need to know if there is any other action I can take against the attorney? The aunt has called me twice already.. I relinquished the baby to the agency for our own safety. She had no excuse as to why she would give our address to the relatives thus thwarting our hopes to adopt. The father has a bench warrant for his arrest for a former ticket.
I’ve already filed a complaint to the Bar Association but was wondering if anyone knew what else I could do. Thank you

I need a good attorney to help me out, what kind of attorney could help me in this case? Please help me.
