He neglected to pay one after he negotiated a price with them, and released the remaining funds including those that should have been payed to the insurance company to me. Now that time has passed and I have allotted the money to other things they have contacted me and of course they want their money, should the attorney be responsible for this, considering I was under the assumption we were through when remaining funds were released?
