How do I remove judgments myself without an attorney from the court house after filing bankruptcy?
I filed bankruptcy after having surgery. The judgements are still on my court records. My attorney said he could remove them but it would cost $50.00 for each one. I cant afford to pay $50.00 for each one. What I was wondering is if I could do it myself? If I can, can someone please tell me how. Thank you

Friday, July 3rd, 2009A friend of mine was involved with a criminal trespass case in which he visited an attorney for advise. At no time did he advise this attorney that he wanted his representation. When his court date came, the attorney was there and assisted with the case. There was no contract signed or anything of that nature. This happend in 2003. Bills are still being sent to his house from his attorney, but he has not paid anything.
How Do I Get A Business Attorney Job After Graduation?
Saturday, June 27th, 2009I graduated from Rutgers Law this year. I was a night student, worked as a litigation paralegal for two years at a 225 attorney firm, have good grades, was on the main journal, published an article in the journal. I was a finance major in undergrad and concentrated on business law classes at law school. All I want is a position as a business attorney at a large or mid sized firm.
Unfortunatley, every where I apply they tell me that they are impressed with my credentials but they primarily recruit their summer associates for entry level jobs. I already sent out 100 cover letters and resumes! Can anyone give me any tips or share their experiences? Does any one know of any firms that are looking to hire?
I took NJ and PA bar exam a few weeks ago. I would be willing to take a job anywhere and would take the bar in that locality. I’ve been applying to firms in Philly, NJ and NY.
