I filed in civil court against my insurance company and arbitrator (over $25,000). I am looking for an attorney who will work hourly to help me with some of the paperwork and give me some advice as needed. I do not have enough money to hire an attorney for an extended period of time.

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009I was sexually abused as a child by my step-father. I “repressed” these memories. He is now in prison for abusing 2 other girls, but he will be out in 4 years. He owns the house across the street from me, and I don’t want him around me ever again. However, the prosecuting attorney will not file any charges on him for me. He wont give any explanations either. I am 32 years old, so I know it may be an old case, but the statute of limitations is still good on this! I just don’t know where to go from here. Our prosecutor is NOT doing his job at all! If he would at least talk to me and give me an explanation, but he just says his office isn’t going to do anything about this!
