I am a foster parent and have been for 4 years. In that time most of the children placed in my home have been managable.
For one year I have had a sibling group in my home that consist of 4 boys (2 have had to be moved out)
The problem is I have a small farm and alot of animals. The private agency failed to provide full disclosure about this sibling groups as required by law. The agency minimized and ommitted and outright lied about the history of Animal cruelty (mutilation and killing of many animals before being placed with us) Sneaking out at night through windows, Urinating on everything furniture car seats etc. Fire starting, and extreme violence. Over $60,000 damage has been caused to my house, barns, live stock, equipment and vehicles by these children . The agency refuses to address the issues and the two that were moved, The agency told the new homes there were no behavior issues even though one tried to blow the house up. What attorney takes a case like this?

Thursday, January 28th, 2010I’m about to sign a sale contract with a home builder, the house is in Riverside, CA. i heard some comment that i only need to have a real estate agent to take care and review my contract and escrow paper, not lawyer. is that true? somehow with all the research i’ve done online i’m not so convincing of that idea. this is the first time i buy a house so i have no clue at all who is better.please advise. and if i do need a real estate attorney, please give me some recommendation in Riverside,CA or around the city. It’d be nice too if you could give me an idea of how big the attorney charge will be.
I’m also being told that i don’t need to hire a home inspector since the house is brand new and come with warranty.again i’m not very convincing. so i need more advise and opinion from more people and recommendation for home inspector too. please also let me know the inspection charge range if possible. thank you!

Monday, January 18th, 2010My attorney and I were negotiating visitation arrangments with my ex’s attorney and reached an agreement that visitation would start the following week, then he filed a contempt of court against me stating that visitation was to start that day even though his attorney agreed that it would not start til the next week, I have several wittness that heard this .
