I just filed with Taxslayer and my husband is overseas so I have power of attorney papers. I have to send in a signed form 8453-ol to the IRS. It has to have both of our signatures. But He isnt here to sign for it so do i just sign my name and write POA on his line and a copy of the paperwork to them. I know i dont have to file right now but im expecting a baby in a month and could use the return now. Any help would be great.

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010I am 38 yrs old. I have two years of college under my belt from right after high school. I want to be an attorney. I work full time and that cannot change. I have decided that online schooling is the way I will do it.
Any advice? I have no idea WHICH online school or which program. There seem to be millions out there. Also, I have to figure out how to pay for this.
Is a loan the best way?
A scholarship?
Does anyone know the ins and outs of this large decision and the steps I need to take now that I have decided?
