Can The Results Of A Mmpi 2 Ordered Of The Plaintiff By The Defense Attorney Be Made Public?

A friend won a lawsuit against a company he worked for. The damages portion of the case is separate from the liability portion. The defense attorney ordered my friend to undergo a MMPI2 (psychological evaluation) and then released John’s results publicly. Is that legal? Or is it an invasion of John’s privacy? Joh is now getting quite a bit of heat from the results. Did the defense attorney violate his HIPAA rights?

What Private Sector Job Options Are Out There For Public Sector Attorney With A Heart And Desire To Serve?

I love serving the public and being an attorney. I have been in private practice for over three years, and think my resume reads as stale or not up-to-speed. How can I market myself to get back in to public sector legal work?
Or market my skills as transferable to the private sector?

How Do I Inform A District Attorney Of Some Fraudulent Activity That Has Gone Unnoticed By The Public?

I have some information on an individual who was accepting donations from the public that were “100% for charity,” and later suspiciously changed it to “50% for charity.” Is this something I could tell a District Attorney to hopefully look into further? If so, is there a specific way to go about doing that (special document filing, etc)?
