Saturday, July 18th, 2009I have some information on an individual who was accepting donations from the public that were “100% for charity,” and later suspiciously changed it to “50% for charity.” Is this something I could tell a District Attorney to hopefully look into further? If so, is there a specific way to go about doing that (special document filing, etc)?
