Can you find a different attorney on your own and can it be settled without getting the guardian ad litem? My fiancee got custody of the children because she was an unfit parent. She wanted more visitation and got a motion. They went to court and couldn’t agree to anything so the judge appointed the ad litem. What can we do? The children are 10, 08, 06, and 04 years old.

Why Would You Want To Hire An Attorney On Your Side?
Friday, December 25th, 2009When ever you get into an accident, you need representation.
The insurance company is out to beat you. Its the insurance company job to avoid responsibility & save money and the attorney obviously would have them to accept liability and get the money you deserve for your pain and suffering, mental anguish and stress.
I am a paralegal, im not playing Devils advocate here, im here to help and educate the victims of accidents.
Please this is not a solicitation attempt, last time I tried giving legal advice and about 4 idiots reported me. If you dont have any education in the legal field, leave your comments at home.
If your serious answer my question with a question, i will do my best to help.

I am not disabled. But do they hold power of attorney over me? What is power of attorney?
